About You

We’re looking for a seasoned Manager who brings experience in Civil Infrastructure, Construction or Mining/Resources and is ready to hit the ground running.

You’ll also bring:

• Proven success managing hard dollar contracts, structural concrete, and civil works.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ideally, you’re Gladstone-based — or willing to relocate.
• Tertiary qualifications would be advantageous but not mandatory

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution with confidence.
• Collaborate closely with Aestec Management to align goals and deliverables.
• Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure expectations around safety, quality, schedule, and cost are exceeded.
• Manage compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate resources — people, materials, subcontractors, and equipment — to ensure program and budget alignment.
• Lead investigations and reporting of incidents as required.
• Monitor and manage quality assurance processes and performance improvement.
• Safeguard company interests through effective contract and operational leadership.
