Carpentry Supervisor – Lead, Support & Build at BSL, Gladstone

Love leading a tight-knit crew and seeing projects come to life? AESTEC Services is looking for a hands-on Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at BSL in Gladstone.

You won’t be on the tools full-time, but you’ll stay close to the action, guiding your team, solving challenges on site, and building strong relationships with both your crew and clients.

What you’ll love about this role:

• Oversee structural and carpentry projects with hands-on involvement
• Manage materials, labour, and workflow efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in civil/carpentry
• Cert III in Carpentry (desirable)
• Practical, multi-skilled construction knowledge
• Yellow 3-Site MediPass (or willingness to get)
