Jed has built his career across fuel terminals, marine logistics, and heavy industry, progressing through a number of leadership roles with Ampol where he managed large-scale operations, including terminal activities delivering over 800 million litres annually and operational budgets exceeding $4M. Through this experience, he developed strong capabilities in safety leadership, operational planning, and stakeholder management. 

Since joining Aestec, Jed has specialised in Asbestos and Lagging services, leading the delivery of maintenance and shutdown scopes within live industrial environments. He is currently responsible for managing the QAL asbestos and lagging contract, including workforce leadership, planning, and contract performance. Jed has demonstrated consistent results through strong leadership, a structured approach to operations, and a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
