Doug has developed his practical skills and knowledge by originally completing two (2) trade qualifications. This has enabled Doug the diverse expertise in delivering multi-skilled projects and maintenance contracts across a range of industries. Doug’s journey has given Doug the tools required to become an influential and empowering leader in the Gladstone Region.

In 2005 Doug established Aestec Services. His skill in developing strong relationships with clients and his team has enabled Aestec to become one of the choice service providers and employers in the region.
