Apprenticeship Program
AESTEC Services have a variety of apprenticeship types on offer through our apprenticeship program. Apprenticeships available are in line with the needs of our business and there may be only one or multiple apprenticeships available each year.

Sheetmetal Worker
Diesel Fitter
Carpenter
Boilermaker
Essential Requirements
- Physical strength and stamina
- Practical and manual skills
- Ability to read, write and participate in risk assessments
- Ability to participate in studies and on the job training to successfully complete apprenticeship
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail and be able to follow instructions clearly
- Successful Candidates must be available to begin their apprenticeship on the 22 January 2024.
Advantageous Requirements
- Driver’s License (a provisional license is accepted)
- Must have completed year 12 in 2022 or currently completing in 2023, (with a minimum of “C” grades in English and Mathematics or equivalent)
- Demonstrate experience and/or genuine interest in the trade
Recruitment Process 2024 intake
There are seven steps in our apprentice recruitment process
Step 1 : Apply Online
Applications Open: 25th July 2023
Applications Close: 25th August 2023
You will be required to upload:-
- Your current resume
- A copy of your latest school results /highest education
- Provide details of previous work experience and referees
Responses to questions in the application will be used in the process to short-list candidates. So, ensure you put effort into these responses. Application forms will be available only between the specified recruitment dates.
Step 2 : Applicants are shortlisted
Step 3 : Panel interview & reference check
Step 4 : Applicants are appointed
Step 5 : All successful applicants
All successful applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment medical.
Step 6 : New Apprentices start
New Apprentices start 22 January 2024.
