Competition runs during the Boyne Tannum HookUp, from Friday 2nd May until 5pm Sunday 4th May 2025. Winner will be a random draw, Sunday evening at Bray Park on Sunday 4th May.

*Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: 
    1. The photo challenge (“Challenge”) is open to participants who have taken photos at the Boyne Tannum Hookup, held from Friday, 2nd May to Sunday, 4th May, 2025.
    2. Social media posts must be set to public visibility.
  1. Entry Period: Competition runs from the HookUp start on Friday, 2nd May 2025, until 5:00 PM on Sunday, 4th May 2025.
  2. Entry Method: 
    1. Participants must post their photos on Facebook or Instagram, and tag Aestec Services in the post.
    2. On Facebook, entry is via post. On Instagram, entry is via post or story.
    3. The post must be set to public visibility to be entered into the competition.
    4. Each tagged post constitutes one entry (a maximum of one tagged post per platform each day).
  1. Limitations:
    1. One post on Facebook is accepted each day, and one post or story on Instagram is accepted each day.
    2. Participants can submit one entry per platform per day, with a maximum of two entries daily and six entries over the entire competition period
  1. Conditions: 
    1. Participation must be fair and in good spirit. Spam will be excluded to ensure fair participation. Aestec Services reserves the right to decide if posts are considered spam and fair participation, and may exclude posts deemed inappropriate.
    2. Posts must be original content by the entrant, with photos taken at the Boyne Tannum HookUp.
  1. Prize Description: The total prize value is $2,700
    and includes the following items:
     • Shimano Stella 10,000 Reel
    • Ocea Plugger Rod
  1. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly drawn on Sunday, May 4th, 2025, at Bray Park, following the conclusion of the competition. The winner will also be contacted via social media and must claim their prize within 60 days of notification.
