Wes Hallam started with Aestec as the Operations Manager in November, 2021.  Wes brings a wealth of experience across Construction, Transport, Mining & Heavy Industrial environments as a maintenance business leader and operator.  A Fitter by trade, Wes brings a passion for safety and his people, which allows for the execution of high performing operational outcomes for Aestec’s and Aestec’s clients.
