Nathan first started working for Aestec as a plumbing/gas fitting apprentice in 2005. After successfully completing this trade he then went on to complete a Cert III Carpentry.

With this duel trade and the exposure to many other facets of construction, Nathan was able to apply his mechanical and civil skill set to Supervising and executing many projects throughout the fields of Civil, Mechanical and Maintenance.

Nathan continued extra curricula study by completing Cert IV in Plumbing, Type B Industrial Gas Fitting and most recently Diploma of Project Management and Diploma of Management and Leadership.

Nathan has extensive experience in all facets of Project Management including Design, Tender/Bid Development, Contract Negotiation, Execution, Project Planning, Quality Control and Close Out. Nathan is a natural leader with a combination of a customer first attitude and extensive facet of experience, allows him to quickly adapt to a wide range of construction capacities.
