Les Nicholson started with Aestec as a Leading Hand in October 2018. And on the 10th of January 2019, Les was appointed Supervisor of Lagging and Asbestos Team overseeing all Asbestos and Insulation works Major and Minor shutdowns in and around Queensland Alumina Ltd. In October of 2021 Les was appointed the Site Manager and is thriving in the new roll.

Les’s range of experience, attention to detail and passion for safety allows him to deliver a wide range of projects in a safe a timely manner. Les’s team have a superb safety record and are used as a benchmark within the business and are held in high regard by the stakeholder of the sites in which they operate.
