The Role
- Support the business and all Aestec team members by using your specialist skills and knowledge to assist in strategic decision making and development of people and culture.
- Coach and develop all team members at all levels to ensure a positive culture within the business that allows all employees to reach their potential.
- Continue to evolve our positive and productive culture
- Provide guidance in accordance with applicable laws and assist teams with employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, promotions, role adjustments, misconduct, and terminations
- Risk and injury management, including WorkCover claims and provide advice and guidance relating to OH&S matters
- Accountable for the recruitment process by advertising, sourcing and short-listing candidates with the hiring managers
- Accountable for the review, coordination and maintenance of training requirements across the organisation
- Manage the delivery of the HR calendar, including management of performance review cycles and regular talent assessment and succession planning activities as required
- Conduct HR compliance audits to guarantee adherence to regulations.
- Be well versed in or can acquire knowledge of the relevant standards, EBAs, regulatory requirements, code of practices, and guidelines
- Promote and support the health and wellbeing for all staff.

- Tertiary qualifications or significant relevant experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Capacity to build company culture, change management and innovative people strategies, practices, and processes
- Ability to work with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, career coaching and succession planning
- The ability to align the HR function with organisational direction and strategy
- Looking to grow with the business
