This position is a FIFO position for our new project based in Weipa, Queensland.

We are seeking people who:

  • Have experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role.
  • Live locally to Gladstone or South East Queensland
  • Are visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team.


Responsibilities: 

  • Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across site.
  • Manage all material, equipment and labour costs for each of the tasks. Ensure budgets are maintained and ensure all billable items are accounted for. 
  • Create clear and concise scopes to enable projects to be successfully completed.
  • Ensure compliance to WHS policies & procedures.
  • Liaise with the client to maintain workflows.
  • Foster a culture of ‘Zero Harm.


It would be great if you also have:

  • Relevant Trade Certificate or relevant experience. 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a Supervisor role within the civil construction industry. 
  • Practical and manual skills in all construction fields
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
